Surveillance:

Is it legal for the insurance company to conduct surveillance of an employee who has applied for or is receiving Pennsylvania workers' compensation benefits?

The short answer is "yes, it is legal." But, there are some limits.

The insurance company cannot legally record your voice without your knowledge and consent. It breaks the law if its investigators look into your home.

If you think you are under surveillance, you should contact an experienced workers' compensation lawyer immediately.
